Our Solution:   Provide a CAS and IPC system to remove metals from a waste stream.  System includes:

1. A-36 carbon steel tanks with coal tar epoxy interior/polyurethane exterior coatings
2. Sludge auger in IPC to convey sludge to a sludge outlet port
3. Sludge pump to convey sludge from IPC to a sludge holding tank
4. Effluent pump to convey IPC processed water to sewer
5. Expanded effluent chamber in IPC
6. OSHA platform to view inside of both tanks
7. NEMA 4X 304 stainless steel control panel
8. Entire system mounted to a common skid for quick installation

Our Solution:   Provide an Oil Water Separator to remove oils and grease from a waste stream.  Tank includes:

1. A-36 carbon steel tank with coal tar epoxy interior and polyurethane exterior coatings
2. PVC coalescing media
3. Lids to allow for outdoor installation
4. Expanded effluent chamber

Our Solution:   Provide a custom designed sludge holding tank.  Tank includes:

1. A-36 carbon steel tank with coal tar epoxy interior and polyurethane exterior coatings
2. Ladder assembly for access to the top of the tank
3. Safety handrails around the top of the tank
4. Several flanges along the side and in the top of tank
5. Inspection hatch located in top of tank for quick inspection

Our Solution:   Provide a Dissolved Air Flotation system to remove Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) and Suspended Solids (TSS) from a waste stream.  System consists of the following:

1. 304 Stainless steel tank with PVC Sch.80 piping
2. Recycle pump assembly
3. Skimmer assembly
4. Several level switches for automatic control
5. Lids with inspection ports

Both systems combined include the following:

1. 4 Oil Water Separators, 8 reaction Tanks and 12 Inclined Plate Clarifiers
2. 4 mixed bed DI systems, 4 Activated Carbon systems and 2 water softeners
3. 32 varying pump skids using centrifugal/air diaphragm/progressive cavity pumps
4. 70 chemical pumps located in “Safe” cabinet enclosures with disconnects
5. 36 mixers and 36 pH probe assemblies controlled by local control cabinet
6. Other items such as pressure transmitters/radar sensors/flow sensors also supplied
7. On-site project management and programming support

Our Solution:   Provide a Deionization system to remove impurities in the customers rinse water. System consists of the following:

1. Carbon steel tanks with Sch.80 PVC piping
2. Chemical pump cabinets with quick disconnects for safety – shipped loose
3. Pneumatic PVC valves
4. Control panel
5. On site project management and programming

Our Solution:  Provide a complete Activated Carbon System, which includes spiral wound FRP tanks, PVC Sch.80 piping, 304 stainless steel control panel and pneumatic diaphragm control valves.  System completely piped, wired, and tested, ready for installation on a concrete pad.
